Scrum Master

Job Description:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process within the team. You will guide the team in Scrum practices, help remove impediments, and ensure the team remains productive and focused. Your role will involve coordinating sprints, leading daily stand-ups, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in Agile/Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog.
• Monitor team performance and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
